I've asked for a new password, but have not received a confirmation email.
Make sure you have signed up for an iSpot.tv Spot Talent account and have taken the steps listed below:
To sign up, search for your name using the search icon in the upper right corner. As long as you are tagged in at least one commercial, you should see your name come up in the search return. Select your name and go to your actor page. On that page click "Claim Page" and finish the sign up process. With your actor account you will be able to see when and where all commercials you are tagged in have aired nationally.
Upon registration, you will receive a confirmation email and proof of payment.
If you have followed those steps mentioned above and are still experiencing password issues, please contact us and include a copy of your confirmation email via our support center: http://support.ispot.tv/customer/portal/emails/new.
